Windows 3.x | Program Manager Program Group |
For more information about what is installed on the user's PC, see WebCD Viewer Installation.
The default icon is:
Customize the WebCD Viewer icon to reflect your corporate identity. Replace the contents of the file containing the WebCD Viewer icon with your own icon. This can be done at the application level to use the icon for all projects you create or at the project level to customize the icon for a single project.
Note When you are creating your icon, make sure to specify both 16x16 and 32x32 versions to accommodate large and small icon display.
Application Level WebCD Viewer icon customization
Inserting your own WebCD Viewer icon at this level makes it a part of the setup for each WebCD Packager project you create. To do this:
1 Rename the file containing your icon to webcd.ico. 2 Replace the existing webcd.ico file in the Setup folder located directly below the folder into which you installed WebCD Packager (e.g., c:\Program Files\MarketScape\WebCD Packager\Setup). This icon file will now be copied into the Setup folder for each new project you create (each project has its own Setup folder).
Project Level WebCD Viewer icon customization
To make the WebCD Viewer icon customization for a single project:
1 Rename the file containing your icon to webcd.ico. 2 Replace the webcd.ico icon file in the project's Setup folder (e.g., c:\Program Files\MarketScape\WebCD Packager\Projects\My Project\Setup). When you perform a build, this file is copied into the WebCD image.
